Five checks before a regular-plan application

  1. Name and address: use the exact current details shown on the required identity document(s), and prepare any supplementary documents listed by the carrier.
  2. Applicant and payer: check whether the line holder, user and payment holder are the same person.
  3. Keeping your number: confirm the current account holder and the carrier's MNP procedure.
  4. Your phone: confirm the exact model, SIM/eSIM support, network compatibility and SIM-lock status.
  5. Private information: enter identity and payment details only on the carrier's official application screen. This site never asks you to upload them.
